  • 1 cup Bob’s Red MillOrganic Rolled Oats
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
  • Water to cover oats


  • Add one cup oats to storage container.
  • Add two tbsp flaxseed.
  • Mix flaxseed into oats.
  • Add two tbsp maple syrup.
  • Add water to mixture until the oats are completely covered.
  • Stir mixture, cover and put in refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours.


This simple recipe makes a great base for your oatmeal. You can add anything to it, and the flavors will change based on your selections. You may also add additional sweeteners or more maple syrup to suit your taste.
