Penny was born and raised in small town in Northern California. She worked in the Central Valley and San Francisco Bay area for a number of years and moved to St. Petersburg Florida in 1997. While she loves the beach vibe and laid back lifestyle of the Gulf Coast, she much prefers earthquakes to hurricanes.
I used to be a multi-tasking, forget-to-breath, work too-hard, thrive in the chaos kind of gal. Then on the morning of January 11, 2016, my cat escaped to the garage and went straight up into the rafters. I chased her up a 6-foot ladder…my head fell 10 feet and it changed my world.
