When you contact Village VAs, you can expect the following:

schedule an online meeting

The first step is to schedule a call. This will give us a chance to review your service needs to ensure we fully understand your needs and expecations.

service questionnaire

Once you schedule your call, we will send you a service questionnaire via email. This is your chance to share what type of help you're looking for, your timeline, and expectations. We will use this information to maximize out time together on the call.

we meet

During our time together, we will review your questionnaire and how we can best fill your virtutal assistant needs. We will discuss timing, pricing, expectations, and deliverables.

the service agreement

When you decide to partner with Village VAs, you will be sent a service agreement outlining the services to be provided, the fee schedule, etc.

onboarding

Once the service agreement and first payment is received, we will set up an onboarding meeting to introduce you to your virtual assistant. During that call we will review the work to be done, expectiotions, and establish communication guidelines.

We oversee the work and will send out status reports as defined in the service agreement.

Once you purchase a brainstorming or strategy session I'll email a link to a questionnaire, a service contract, and a link to book your time. The questions are designed to gather as much information as possible before we meet so I can plan our time together. After we meet you'll receive a PDF overview of our meeting.

What's your cancellation policy?

I guarantee your session date, time, and price for 90 days after receipt of your payment. You may reschedule within those 90 days if something should come up. There are no cancellations or refunds.

Do you offer a payment plan?

There are no payment plans available for hourly services.
